Map the bays
Open the shelf grid. Snap the physical box. Assign shelf, row, column. A phone is enough.

Parse once
Vision writes each name to that box and to a 3×3 zone inside it — plus neighbours. Inventory still holds quantity and expiry. Photos never count stock.

Staff type Napa or Seclo. The pin is waiting. Rearrange a bay? Re-photograph only that box. Search never hits a live camera.

Photograph the shelf once
The owner or manager snaps each box on a phone. It is read once on upload, never by a live camera.
The spot inside the box
Shelf, row, column, then the spot inside the box and the packs next to it. A code is not enough; the sentence is what helps.
Stock, expiry, branches
Batches, first-expiry-first-out, low stock and the other shop's quantity, without a second notebook.
Alerts on the phone
Expiry windows, stock-outs and approvals arrive as notifications on the phone the owner already carries.
The owner holds the keys
Only the owner signs up. Staff get their own login with only the permissions the owner gives them.
