Questions owners ask first.
Is this CCTV?
No. The owner photographs each box on a phone. It is read once. Staff search never opens a camera. Rearrange a bay and you re-photograph only that box.
Who can sign up?
The pharmacy owner. Staff never sign up; the owner adds them inside MedGrid and chooses what each person can do. While we onboard the first pharmacies, request early access and we set you up.
What does Find actually show?
The box (shelf, row, column), the spot inside the box, and the packs next to it, so a stranger can walk straight there.
Do photos count stock?
Never. Photos are where. Inventory is how many and when it expires.
How does pricing work?
Starter ৳5,000 for one shop and three users. Chain ৳15,000 for three shops and ten users. Pro ৳50,000 for ten shops and twenty users. An extra person is ৳500 on every plan. An extra shop is ৳3,000 on Chain and ৳4,000 on Pro. Pay yearly and we charge ten months. Early pharmacies get up to 50% off, applied when we set you up.
How do I pay?
bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. We activate your plan when the payment arrives.
Who maps the shelves?
The owner or a manager. Mapping is a photograph per box, not a week of training.
Does it work when the internet drops?
Find works offline on the phone. The counter app keeps selling offline and syncs when the connection is back.
What happens after I request access?
We call or WhatsApp you within one working day, set up your shop, and help photograph the first shelves.
Is my shop data shared?
No. Each pharmacy is its own organisation. We do not sell data. See Privacy.
