How it works

The layout lives in the system, not in one senior’s memory.

Three moves. No extra hardware. No one watching a camera all day.

1. 01

   Map the bays

   Open the shelf grid. Snap the physical box. Assign shelf, row, column. A phone is enough.

2. 02

   Parse once

   Vision writes each name to that box and to a 3×3 zone inside it — plus neighbours. Inventory still holds quantity and expiry. Photos never count stock.

3. 03

   Anyone can pick

   Staff type Napa or Seclo. The pin is waiting. Rearrange a bay? Re-photograph only that box. Search never hits a live camera.

Then the rest of the shop: stock, FEFO, the other branch’s quantity, a counter. Find is the reason they stay. The OS is how they run Monday.
